I remember Colonel's Beach well. Beautiful beach and great water to swim in. I was there from about December 1966 to November 1967. Sorry Doc I do not remember but one person in these pics and that would be Mac. Some of the names being a bell but time and age has taken it's toll. The assignment was great. It would have been much better to have had my spouse with me. Today I understand that Miyako is a premier place for the Japanese to vacation. I have grandchildren and a daughter-in-law who have all gone there on vacation. One of my son's married a girl from Kyoto.
