Flying to Panama to join a ship there and bring it to Louisiana for a company. The crew on board were from Peru and spoke no English. So I did a lot translating for the other American captain. We went to bring two boats back to the U.S. We went through the canal at night, but we did go through parts of the locks during daylight hours. There was not much to see anyway. It was hot and the A/C was out on the ship so the trip through the canal was best done during nighttime hours.
