This lens has a great reputation for sharpness and build quality.
The main weakness, at least when compared to modern lenses,
is that it can flare when shooting into the light.
It was in production from 1973 to 1977. It has the
best "feel" in the aperture ring and focus ring of any
of my manual lenses. My copy is in pristine condition.
