I see Kailey is wearing a fabric type collar. The rage here is for "Cougar Collars" they are made of heavy leather with big studs in them. People put them on their dogs when they walk them in the river valley. After the walk they take them off. Cougars are not the problem here, but the coyotes are getting bad. V
