In spite of Covid, lots of tourists who come by boat are still tying
their boats together to socialize. I've seen as many as seven boats
tied up, with people hopping from boat to boat with apparently no
social distancing going on. There would be no risk to the locals if
they stayed on their boats, but they come ashore for supplies, etc.

Mixed feelings: Lots of the small businesses on Quadra are
tourist-dependent, but we also have an older population that
would probably not do well if there were an outbreak.
