Moji is located in the northern part of the Kyushu. It was the major trading port with China during the 20th century. There are many western style building around the city. Most of them had restorated to shops, restaurant and museums. Honshu is just right across the habour, you can across it by ferries, train or bus. The Kanmon kyo bridge connects moji to honshu.

Mojiko JR station is a repication of Rome's style building and it is one of the important cultural properties of Japan.
