Although I havent seen more than two at any time today I think this is the oldest because of where it is sitting. They can be down in the nest on the far side or behind a limb where you can't see them. In the past at times the nest looked empty but they were all three there. However it may be no 2 and the oldest has fledged but I havent seen it flying around.
