A Non Existent Body of Water

Lake Mead National Recreation Area, NV

This one started out as a reflection mode image. I then added a layer of Topaz Glow applied at about 40% opacity. Then I added a layer of Flaming Pear Flood to make the bottom more water like. Then, I used Nik Color Efex to add a graduated blue filter applied over the bottom at about 50% opacity. Finally, I used Topaz Detail to increase the saturation and contrast a bit more.
