Landtag

The Landtag is the parliment building for the state of Nord Rhein Westfalen (NRW) and is the capital building to the NRW state. An unusual shot - taken 170m agl from the Rheinturm which is the TV tower. A viewing platform at the top is open 365 days a year and offers super views of the city
