30-03-06 dying

Had to reshoot this one, as I cocked up the first lot entirely. I'd left my polariser on, and
couldn't work out why they were coming out so soft, even at ISO 1600. You live and learn. Just as well really.

I like the detail in the main flower.. the colors that rise from ashen to vivid.

ops, meant to add, it's more than just the colours of course, I like the way the petals are coming off the rose.
