01-02-05 preparations

Beer, because there's a big game of football on tonight. Miller, because it was the only one in
the fridge. Black and White, because I loved the B&W advert they set to the drinking song, from La
Traviata a couple of years back.

Now I'm off to enjoy the real thing!

bandito, you make it sound like a ConeHeads event! LOL! "Consuming mass quantities of . . ." . . .btw, DK, I didn't know MGD was IN your necl of the woods . . . I didn't know it got any further than NY harbor =] . .does that make this mundane brew an 'import'???

Hardly recognizable to a Yank (me), since we're so accustomed to seeing the "branded" colors of MGD. We, of course, will be preparing lots of suitable beverages this coming Sunday, for a small sporting event being telecast here. You may have heard of it. We tend to imbibe and make silly fools of ourselves, eating mass quantities of food and snacks which are bad for us, make total messes of our neighbors couches, and see who can purchase the largest projection television. In other words, typical male bonding behavior, while our spouses watch and are grateful that it only occurs once a year. Aaaahhh, what a day it will be!!!!! Cheers!

If you mean Arsenal v Man U, I watched that game too. First half was good but kinda dropped off in the second half. Bad result too!
