26/10/04 strange sky

Well it was another changable Autumn day in Aberdeen. Rain one minute, bizzare clouds the next.
And pretty cold too. This was the view over Union Street, Aberdeen's main street, as I walked home
this evening.

I took this at just after 5pm, and already the light was fading. I might have to get out a bit
more over lunchtime for my POTD's, but the trouble at the moment is finding the time!

Those clouds make a perfect background for the buildings. It gets darks over here early and I'm having a hard time getting a good photo each day.

Wow.. that is an immense cloud! love the pinish hues.. against the blue sky.. with the city -wires and all - adding contrast

That is quite a strange and interesting sky. It turns out perfect with the high points of foreground and background lining up so well! Nice shot, Dom.

agreed with the time problem, that is one weird cloud, that said everything turned red down in plymouth last week one evening the sun broke through the clouds as it was setting, looked great.
