The leaves are turning, and it was more grey in Aberdeen than usual.

This is Rubislaw Terrace Gardens, just next to my office.

Atempting to cheer ourselves up, from yesterday!
We're trying to sell our flat, it's been on the market for 8 weeks.
We just found out yesterday our neighbours have also decided to sell.
And undercut our price by, well, a lot.
Just as we've spent money on advertising the place.

I can't make up my mind, as it's maybe not all doom and gloom though -
due to the quirks of the scottish legal system, the price you ask for
isn't the price you expect to receive.
