03-09-04 not sure...

I read an article a few weeks back in a magazine about painting with light. Take the camera, a
long exposure and a torch. Move the light source around the subject, and out it comes.

Not sure about this one and how it turned out. What do you think?

Cloned out a few highlights on the lemons and limes, as they were distracting!

Incidentally this was going to be a portrait, as we had the inlaws round tonight (both sets), but
they all left so quickly that I didn't get a chance to get out the tripod!

I read that article - think you did a good job with the technique, great colours.

Without reading the article... Good range of colour, esp the greens are really vivid.

I think it worked out well. I read that article too, and it just seemed like too much trouble, but perhaps I'll give it a go.

Interesting technique... Gonna try that one day. Beautiful photo. Keep it running.

The lighting's certainly odd. I think I like it.
Found the edges in the two bottom corners a bit distracting (probably dark enough to clone them out).
