The Crossing

In my quest for an abstract shot for the Thursday challenge I went out last night looking for ideas.
This caught my eye looking in the rear view mirror. I'm not sure why I like it but I do. It may simply
be that it's different to my norm or it could be the ridiculous pose required to get it. I had the
tripod set up with me leaning forward to get the shot and my leg stretched backwards into the car to
hit the brake pedal to get the colour. Maybe I just like it because of the foolish effort required!!!
Below ended up being my choice for the Thursday Abstract challenge.

Well I think you're wanted in two states for armed robbery. hehe
The theif was described as a big dude, kind of non-descript.
The only thing the witnesses all knew for sure was the guy was lurking in the dark at the side of his car.
He was leaning over something with three metal legs, his trench coat hiding exactly what he was doing, but there was a general concesus that shall not be discussed.
One leg was in the car as if he was ready to split at any second.
So...."Where were you on the night of the 10th just past midnight?
