For this weeks Totally Informal Transglobal Challenge - "New Years Resolutions"
See other entries at http://forum.pbase.com/viewtopic.php?t=27060

My resolution is not to buy any more camera equipment until I figure out how the hell to use what I have!!!
Seriously, PADing has taught me a great deal and without the fun and support of fellow Pbasers I wouldn't have learnt anywhere near as much as I have.
Good luck with the resolutions but make sure you have a happy New Year rather than getting hung up on them.

Original

Nikon D70s
1/50s f/5.6 at 70.0mm full exif

other sizes: small medium original auto

That's a Roger Moore-esque eyebrow
Guest 28-Dec-2006 22:43
Absolutely (and I can say that as the photo equipment for my birthday in January has already been given to me in advance)!

Good luck Dave, but giviing up smoking might be easier!!!! Your reasoning, however,is sound - results you get from your equipment is excelent!
Carole Stevens28-Dec-2006 17:12
You always need more equipment, it helps the equipment you have? Thats my excuse, you cant learn unless you have it?
Michael Shpuntov28-Dec-2006 16:58

That is why I am still shooting with my little 'toy' camera.
