The images in this gallery were created using non-photographic means, such as rendering from 3D modelling applications.
The first two shots show the results of some fairly basic dabbling to put together a scene at a waterfall. Next, a scene from a fantasy world in which miniature dragons are used for hunting in the same way as birds of prey are in the real world. Finally (so far) some experiments with lighting to achieve a dramatic effect (which would be fun to try in real life!) I've also experimented a little with pose and camera position.
I'm gradually feeling my way around the application (DAZ Studio). Given that the still images with more specialised lighting took several minutes to render even on a computer with a fairly decent specification, I don't think I'll be moving to animation any time soon.
