Paris has many large and grand buildings, especially along the Rue de la Faubourg St. Honore, some the highest priced real estate on earth. Lafont Opticien is NOT one of them. This tiny store is a real gem, so small that the stair is almost more of a ladder. Don't worry, as befits the neighborhood, the glasses are lovely and the prices more than make up for the small premises.
