Kissed by a Kookaburra ....
As I finished off some lamb on a skewer, standing on the patio of the
gunners' mess, chatting and admiring the views of Sydney Harbour at dusk,
one of these cheeky fellas swooped in and took the last bite right off my
lips (it even drew blood to prove it). Quite a hilarious kerfuffle and a
bit of a talking point for the next 5 minutes!
