I could put 100 photos by Al on here and never reach the end of my favorites, so I chose this one. It reminds me of Al because it's a grumpy bulldog that is also very sweet - and funny! It's also typical of Al that in the original of this photo, he had a bouquet of pastel flowers in front of the bulldog. When I commented that didn't seem masculine, he removed the flowers! I already miss Al very much, he is on my mind as he will be in days to come. I will miss his colorful contributions to the Nutcracker gallery, his enthusiastic comments and his ascerbic wit.
