It is nice to make your own brushes, you don't have to worry about use restrictions.
Also, if you are in the middle of a project and need a brush you don't have. Experiment with dots, dashes, squiggly lines,smudges. etc. I am using a small round brush size 1 and 3 here. This is enlarged but actually the whole thing is only 100 x 100 pixels in size. It is easier to design when you zoom in.

This is very basic. You can tweak more by going to Palettes>Brushes, but I don't use it that much.
