PSP - removed glasses and used makeover tool to soften and blend. Reshaped eyebrows and teeth. Ran it through PhotoLab, then in Painter
I lessened some of PhotoLab effects, changed color of background, blended grays and added a very slight texture. He came out a bit more "girly" than I wanted, but OK.
