This animated GIF was done in Photoshop CC on a photo I took from my parking deck at dusk as I was about to leave work. I was given the tower on the right to use somehow but it had the wrong perspective, etc - see my website at georgehoffman.com to see originals. This is from a KelbyOne.com weekly challenge assignment. I used the video timeline in Photoshop CC to create a very subtle effect to have the lights at the top of the various buildings fade in and out, the Frump sign and Coke sign do the same. Let me know if it works for you! I also used the Puppet Warp and Perspective Warp tools to make the image fit on the skyline. Fun project!
