I was leading a team building workshop up in Northern California
last week. At one point, everyone was busy doing some reflecting,
leaving me with nothing to do but wander around the area taking pictures.

This image was taken behind the mountain home of the team's Director,
in a small town called Arnold, near Calavaras Big Tree State Park.

Team building is tough work!
