The Neighbor's Cat

He (she?) is always in the window. Right now, they are re-stucco-ing
the outside of the building, which explains the red tape around the
window.

The neighbour's cat sits at my kitchen window, saying, 'Feed me!' at regular intervals, and she brings her two boyfriends with her. I love the red tape ... adds that 'what the heck is that' spark to your image. ;)
