Z is for zucchini. To be honest, I found it
very difficult to photograph this vegetable
in any kind of creative way. Maybe it's good
that it's the last letter of the alphabet!
Yummmm, slice it about 1/2" thin, place in a pan with a generous about of butter, cook til translucent, then sprinkle with parmesean or romano. Quick, easy and delish.
