Y is for Yams, no matter how much this might look
like a walrus, or a seal, or a baby chick. It's a
yam, and I'm going to cook it and smother it in
butter and enjoy every bite!

Gary try it sliced in an ovenproof dish, add fresh orange juice, sprinkle with nutmeg cover with foil & bake in oven...mmmm!! Great choice.
