Hallowed Ground

Yes, it is on this field, these blades of emerald green,,
where the San Diego Padres, those glorious boys of summer,
will lose 100+ games this season.

This was the view from our seats on Opening Day.

Yes, opening day. I doubt our Rangers will do much this year but I'm hoping that they will prove me wrong! Cool shot!

It's a mixed blessing. When the Red Sox started winning half the fun went out of the game. Luckily the Patriots started losing. At least you have much nicer weather to lose in.

I miss the days of being able to regularly attend the games (Atlanta). It is a beautiful field.

I am so jealous - we may have to postpone our IL opening game again this year :-) Too bad they lost this game :-(
