This recipe is being discussed in one of the hottest threads on the Cooks Forum at Compuserve. Has to be the most simple homemade bread, and one of the most unusual recipes for bread that I've seen. All you do is combine flour, yeast and water, mix it to combine, cover it with plastic and let it rise for 12-18 hours, with 18 being the preferred time. It's folded over after it's risen and allowed to rise for 2 more hours and then baked in a preheated heavy pot, like a cast iron casserole. I'll post the full recipe when I show the finished product.
