Removed noise, cleaned up the background by removing the flower pot, etc., with the patch tool. Softened her skin a little, added a 50% gray layer in overlay mode and painted with a low opacity white brush to soften the shadows and put a little more emphasis on the highlights, added a selective blur to the backround by duplicating the layer, using g. blur, and masking out what I wanted to stay sharp. Then I couldn't resist adding a little Impressionist to the background . . .
