This lady is concerned about her nose which seems to be growing along with her years. Her neighbor took the picture last evening with his new Leica Digilux and was experimenting with the bounce flash feature of that camera and playing with white balance...thus the blue cast. To reduce the nose size I drew a loose selection with the lasso tool, feathered at 20 pixels around the offending facial feature and then went to filter/distort/pinch in Photoshop. The same filter is available in Elements. The skin was smoothed out with Auto clean skin in Mediachance's Photo-Brush program.
