Kaylee has such a sweet expression on her face. I can see why you like this image. I first tried putting an oval selection around her face and a bit of the arm, feathering the edge blurring and darkening the background and that didn't work. Here I used the vignette, gaussian blur and lightening the background. I also took a bit of red out of the face with a desaturation of the red in hue/saturation, noise reduction with Noise Ninja and finally sharpening with unsharp masking...and finally a drop shadow. The vignette can be made less obvious by careful dodging around the edge of the oval. Might have done a better job with a larger original. Corrections should always be done on the full sized image (saving sharpening for the end when you've resized down)
