I'd clone out the white speck on the ground in front of her.
And just for experimentation's sake, I'd try a variation by cropping it a bit tighter on the bottom and sides, focusing a bit more on her. Then I might try other variations by buZZing, Dry Brush, Paint Daubs, etc. ; - ) You see, I've got to play with even the most perfect images ; -)
