Using Photoshop: Select>All, Edit>Transform>Skew...dragged corner to straighten out. Used Patch Tool on ottoman to borrow detail from patterned area. Finished with unsharp mask to crisp up image and then a bit of the sharpen tool just on his mouth to help bring out the smile. (Same fixes would work in Elements (Image>Transform>Skew - drag corner)
