this one taken with multiple exposure 4x and released by the timer of the D200 (5 sec. wait - and 4 pictures with 1 sec pause), MLU activated

conclusion:
you only need a tripod AND of course no moving objects:-))
you don't see the 1600 ISO noise any more!!
