I saw this bird on accident. I stopped because the road was flooded, and turned around. There was a little brush near an abandoned house, so I pished. I was shocked when a Say's Phoebe lit on the powerline! As expected, the bird was lost while I was looking for my camera. I then went into panic mode and started wondering if I was seeing things, but I eventually refound the bird about 100 yards away.
