Between going to the locations on our itinerary, we stayed in Panama City. The Hotel Riande is near the Tecumen International Airport, while the Country Inn & Suites faces the Panama Canal. From the balconies the ships can be seen as they prepare to enter or leave the Miraflores Locks of the canal. We visited the Parque Metropolitano (Metropolitan Park) after visiting the locks.
