Old Scarbuck Trail

If you live in, or are visiting Western New York around Buffalo
and have the desire to hike a beautiful trail, try the
Old Scarbuck Trail on Genesee Road, Sardinia, NY.
On Sunday February 12, 2006 I experienced one of the most
beautiful walks in the woods I have ever had the opportunity to enjoy.

The trees in this forest were planted between 1928 and 1931
on what was old farmland that proved unproductive.

I took nearly 400 photographs on that hike, and it
was difficult selecting my favorites, but here they are.
I hope you enjoy the walk along the Old Scarbuck Trail.

i remember going to the scarbuck trail about 10 years ago, and want to take my sister and her boyfriend out there is weekend. but completely forgot who to get there. i plan to take a few nature shot while there. can i have the directions on how to get there from buffalo?? i see your a fellow bufflaonian cool. i left my email. thanks.

Dad, I look at your PaD's every day and tonight when I sat down I was so happy because I think these photos showcase your talent. Although I love your photos of buildings and your abstracts, I think that your photos of nature are so full of feeling. I almost feel as if I was on that walk with you. I wish I was!
