In Buffalo during the summertime, when the livin' is easy, Wednesdays usually begin the Chiavetta's Chicken BarBQs that happen someplace somewhere in Buffalo every night through the rest of the week (we eat Chicken Wings and pizza on Monday and Tuesday nights). The brew is a popular sauce (vinegar based)used for basting chicken while slow roasting over a charcoal fire. It is very good and only Chiavetta's will do!
