A trip to PIMA Air and Space Museum to look at aircraft
My wife suggested we visit PIMA Air and Space Museum while in Southern Arizona. It has a great collection of aircraft, mainly from 1939 - 2000. After driving down Kolb Ave and seeing lots of mothballed Hercules, we spent a most enjoyable day here, and took advantage of the free trolley ride that takes you out and around the aircraft parked in the open. The weather was approaching 90F, which even in a low humidity area is still hot, so we curtailed our visits to the planes parked outside.
A great day and a great place to visit.
