Back in the saddle

The road to recovery is long.
I have stared at the carts
The carts have mocked me
I have berated the carts
Today however I rode again.
Sure, my distance was poor.
My speed was dismal and yet,
the thrill was there.
I was in a wonderful mood
and this was the result.

I am happy to report that I was uninjured after.
One day closer to healing.
