Absolut (ly)

Ok, this is an odd photo on so many levels.
Yes, I have a bottle of Absolut in my freezer.
It is absolutly strange for it to be there.
Absolutly unheard of for the past decade.
And now it sits in there, hardly used.
Only one shot removed (just for testing of course).
It is cold and it is frosty.
Sure, steaks will come and go from my freezer,
but this is Absolutly staying.
It is almost like my earings to me now.
They will never leave my ear again.
There is chilled wine in my fridge.
There are 5 kinds of beer in my fridge.
I have everything to make Appletinis.
Crown Royal in the cupboard.
Sure, I might be overreacting.
Maybe I just felt a little too oppressed.
Maybe I felt a little less me.
If one reaction to that is a bunch of booze in the house, so what.

But, here is the funny part, I don't even like vodka.
Don't tell that to the Grey Goose in the cupboard though ;-)

Hey, when people show up, at least I can make a killer Cosmopolitan now.
