All the fixins

Thanksgiving is just my favorite holiday.
The gathering of friends and family.
When they are both friend and family, it kicks butt.
This is the second "combined" Thanksgiving for me.
Hosting the first was both tense and rewarding.
Just so many little details to take care of.
This year I already had all the pans I needed.
This year I got to relax and have fun doing it.
Many of the hands eating were also hands preparing.
Anyone in this picture would do almost anything for me.
I would do almost anything for anyone in this picture.
There is no amount of money on earth that could make me richer.
Thanksgiving 2008 was a great day in my life.
