Challenge day
What a gorgeous day!
I woke up this morning tired from yesterday.
So I decided to do something easy today.
I did a 50mm challenge.
I grabbed my camera and slapped on a 50mm lens.
Then I walked out the door and went to take pictures.
No rules except I could only use the gear in my hands.
No other lenses, nothing but my D200 and a 50mm lens.
Well, I did also add a polarizer because it was midday.
It just breaks down photography to its simplest form.
No zoom lenses, no SB-800 to light up the day.
It makes you look at things in a new way.
All of a sudden the flowers are subjects.
The dry concrete is your studio.
I actually met a few interesting people along the way.
I would just stop when I saw something and snap away.
It was actually just dumb luck I ended up at a golf course ;-)
