This is a very tough shot to pull off. Our eyes can see this kind of extreme tonal range but no camera on the planet can.
To pull it off, I shot two different exposures;
one shot exposed for the bright window and
one shot exposed for the dark interior,
then combined them in Photoshop for the best of both.
