This is a close-up shot to show the light we got on the patio;there are several more-conventional portraits to choose from in this lovely lighting--most are not this close-up. This is roughly 6PM sunlight being bounced back off of a Light Form 4x6 foot P22 panel fitted with a white reflective fabric, on a rolling stand. I've applied a Gaussian Blur layer to this photo to cut down the sharpness the 200 VR has when shot at f/4. This lens is an extraordinarily sharp lens, which records such minute detail that for people pictures, applying a blurring layer like I did on this photo is often a good idea.
