These are the first few poses I've opened in Photoshop and adjusted. We shot 704 frames with the Nikon D2x and 34 frames with the Canon 20D; the cherry orchard set,the rock wall set,and the tire swing/gate/fuel tank sets have multiple good pictures but I didn't have time to open up any files to look at. I have not had time to really "Look At The Whole Take" to see what we got. The apple orchard set in the dress was pretty good, with mostly keepers and a few cute shots with the kitten. We had excellent light from 5:20 until we finished shooting. The pictures got better and better as the light improved as we got closer to sunset. My fill light for many of these was a single Vivitar 285 powered by a Quantum Battery 1 at 1/16 to 1/4 power, to much as Full Power from 30 feet using the 200mm VR lens on the upper balcony portraits, which turned out pretty well.
Sorry for not replying to your comments on pbase...I didn't know they were there until earlier this week. Cheers & here's to the the good old days on dpreview. All the best with your 5D...it really is the sensor that Nikon should have put in their D2x 3 years ago...
