The boys 200 individual medley winner is pictured here,at the finish of the race,about to win the event. I shot fairly well stopped-down at ISO 500,selecting an aperture of f/6.3 for ample depth of field and not "too much" ambient light pick-up. I counted on the flash unit and good AF to get a simple, stop-action flash shot which might look good in the paper when converted to B&W.
