Scott landed several small chionook salmon this morning...four about this size, plus one 12-inch shaker, all caught using this very active Irish Flag pattern glow/UV-enhanced spoon and a Hot Spot "cop car" plastic rotating flasher unit. This flasher/spoon combo was popular with the smaller feeder chinook salmon that were in the area. Five out of the seven fish Scott and I brought to the boat on this day were non-clipped fish which we had to release. Most were small, but I did land two larger fish in the 10-11 and 27-28 pound range.
