Although quite difficult to read ,this recently discovered gravestone
marks the burial site of my Great Grandparents and their daughter
Nellie Stirling, a Great Aunt who until a few weeks ago I was unaware of.
I've since established she died aged 17 during the Spanish Flu epidemic of 1919.
As she died exactly 100 years ago today it seemed appropriate to use this as
my (rather poor) daily photograph.
